Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing such as a T-shirt and shorts. Sessions are performed over clothing, so there is no need to change. However, tight or restrictive clothing (such as jeans) may limit the effectiveness of the massage, so softer activewear is recommended.

Yes. Mobile sessions are available for an additional $40 travel fee. I can bring the massage to your home, workplace, or event, as long as there is enough space for a massage table.

Sessions take place at a private residence in Glenmore, Kelowna. Full address details are shared after booking for privacy. Parking is available nearby with instructions provided in your confirmation email.

Please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged the full cost of the session. If you need to cancel your appointment, please call, DM or email us at least 24 hours in advance.

*We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); therefore your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

Yes! If there are two or more people receiving a massage at the same location, the $40 travel fee can be shared, making it more cost-effective.

Yes! Gift certificates are available and make a perfect gift for friends or loved ones.

Unfortunately, I’m not able to provide prenatal massage. According to BC regulations, only Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are permitted to perform massage on clients who are pregnant.
